IT migration to open source – SME

Problem: an industrial SME was dependent on an expensive proprietary ERP (annual licences of 45,000 euros) with degraded support and frozen features. Solution: progressive migration (Strangler Fig method) to Odoo Community over 6 months, with 2-month dual-run. Historical data migrated, teams trained. Result: 38,000 euros/year saved in licences, custom business features, independence restored.
