Sovereign hosting for sensitive data

Problem: a medical company hosted health data with a US provider subject to the Cloud Act, in potential GDPR and HDS regulation violation. Solution: migration to a sovereign HDS-certified host (OVHcloud), application containerisation, data encryption at rest and in transit, logging setup. Result: HDS and GDPR compliance achieved, zero service interruption during migration.
